Our service is carried out by means of specific kitchen equipment, installed in kitchens according to different formats and, on the organisation of the food service and and its specific needs.
The prices for the provision of instant homogenised food mixes include therefore the supply, installation costs and the costs for routine maintenance and repairs of the equipment.
The food can be reconstituted automatically and distributed in the required doses – single portion (dish, bowl etc.) or multi-portion (Gastronom, soup tureen etc.) – starting from the food mixes with the addition of boiling water.
Each machine has 6 base tanks, which are located internally, and 12 final selections (with two doses for each selection).
The six base tanks, placed within the dispenser, allow, thanks to the ease and rapidity of replacement, a turnover with external tanks, so as to ensure a very wide range of final products even using a single dispenser.
In the case of institutions with significant needs for special diets, however, it is preferable to minimize the turnover of tanks and to install more dispensers, each dedicated to a specific type of product. For example: dispenser for vegetable purees and blended pasta, dispenser for mashed food and homogenized meat, dispenser for fruit mousses and desserts.
In any case, following the necessary analyses, it is possible to plan carefully the final adjustment of the dispensers and the format best suited to meet the needs of your Institution and of your guests.
